　　SYXC-Y89-B型淹沒式脈沖閥用于脈沖袋式除塵器的噴吹清灰。此型脈沖閥采用淹沒于氣包中的結構，與其他結構形式比較，減少了流道阻力，降低了噴吹氣源壓力，因而能適用于壓力低的場合，且可降低能源消耗和延長膜片壽命。

　　產品結構

　　殼　體：閥門的外殼和封蓋是用鋁合金壓模鑄造而成，外觀好、強度高，能確保無漏氣現象。閥門的壓力流道設計合理，閥的開、閉面基本位于氣包內，真正實現了“淹沒式”，空氣可由氣包直接進入噴吹管，這就真正達到了低氣壓、大噴吹量的要求。
　　電磁閥：電磁閥以遙控方法操作脈沖閥。帶有插入式線圈和DIN電線插座。方便內部或外部安裝，放水防塵保護，符合JB/T5916-91標準。
　　閥膜片：膜片位移大，在0.08-0.1秒的短時間內也能確保閥的開度。應用于寒冷氣候環境時可選擇進口材料研制的合成橡膠膜片。工作溫度可在-40℃到55℃之間，并能確保最長的工作壽命。

　　附注

　　1.一般供貨，電壓均為DC24V，如需AC220V，AC110V均請在訂貨時說明；
　　2.使用Y型脈沖閥時，建議把閥水平地安裝氣包頂面；
　　3.裝閥時為避免把閥出口內的“O”形密封環頂錯位，務請在此環上預先涂潤滑脂。
　　4.技術參數中溫度等級“2”參數，屬耐高、低溫脈沖閥，訂貨需說明。

The SYXC-Y89-B submersible pulse valve is used for the jet cleaning of pulse bag filters. This type of pulse valve adopts a structure submerged in the air tank. Compared with other structural forms, it reduces the flow channel resistance and lowers the pressure of the injection air source. Therefore, it can be applied in low-pressure situations, and can also reduce energy consumption and extend the diaphragm life.

　　Product structure

The shell: The outer shell and cover of the valve are made of aluminum alloy by die-casting, which has a good appearance and high strength, and can ensure no air leakage. The pressure flow channel design of the valve is reasonable. The opening and closing surfaces of the valve are basically located inside the air tank, truly achieving "submerged". Air can directly enter the blowing pipe from the air tank, which truly meets the requirements of low pressure and large blowing volume.
Solenoid valve: The solenoid valve operates the pulse valve by remote control. With plug-in coil and DIN wire socket. It is convenient for internal or external installation, with water and dust protection, and complies with the JB/T5916-91 standard.
Valve diaphragm: The diaphragm has a large displacement and can ensure the valve opening within a short period of 0.08 to 0.1 seconds. When applied in cold climate environments, synthetic rubber diaphragms developed from imported materials can be selected. The working temperature can range from -40℃ to 55℃, and it can ensure the longest working life.

　　Notes

　　1.For general supply, the voltage is all DC24V. If you need AC220V or AC110V, please specify when placing an order.
　　2.When using a Y-type pulse valve, it is recommended to install the valve horizontally on the top surface of the air tank.
　　3.When installing the valve, to prevent the "O" ring inside the valve outlet from being misaligned, please apply grease to this ring in advance.
　　4.The temperature grade "2" parameter in the technical parameters is a high and low temperature resistant pulse valve. Please specify when placing an order.
